Yan Yi is a Leadership and Performance Coach who has trained dozens of engineering leaders and spent hundreds of hours coaching and running workshops.

He was previously engineer no. 2 at fintech startup Xfers and rose through the ranks to become Engineering Manager of the core transactions platform.

Yan Yi is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation, and has an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) from the Institute for Adult Learning.
